Moto G8 Power Lite is official: technical features

Moto G8 Power Lite has been made official by the winged house. The smartphone had already been included in Amazon's online catalog but the officialization by Motorola was still missing, which arrived in the past few hours. The characteristics have all been confirmed. The device is a weakened variant of the older brother G8 Power (here our review) but continues to focus everything on autonomy.

So let's start from the strength. The built-in battery is 5.000 mAh with 10W fast charging support. The front is occupied by a 6,5-inch IPS LCD display with HD + resolution and drop notch for the 8 Megapixel front camera (f / 2.0). On the back, however, the cameras go from four to three: main sensor from 16 Megapixel (f / 2.1) combined with a double sensor from 2 Megapixel (f / 2.4) respectively for depth of field and for macro shots.

The Snaprdagon 665 processor from the older brother leaves room for a MediaTek Helio P35 supported by 4 Gigabytes of RAM and 64 Gigabytes of internal memory expandable via micro-SD. The dimensions are equal to 164,94 x 75,76 x 9,2 mm and about 200 grams of weight. Connectivity includes: Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi 802.11 b / g / n, dual SIM support, 3,5mm audio jack. Unfortunately, the Type-C port and the NFC are missing.

Moto G8 Power Lite will be available in Royal Blue and Arctic Blue colors. Motorola has not yet announced a date of availability on the market, much less the sale price which - however - should be less than 200 euros. The delay may have been caused by the current facts related to the spread of COVID-19.

Moto G8 Power with extraordinary autonomy is available for purchase on Amazon.
