Ability to use lag-free 4K streams, supplied with CPU Intel Celeron quad core, flanked by 4 GB DDR4-2400, and support for Wake on LAN and Wake on WAN. These are some of the specifications of the Lockerstor 4, for an product that is not aimed at the Home User sector, (or not only), but who looks with interest and winks at the most experienced, and also to the Business sector.

Lockerstor 4 utilizza la CPU Intel Gemini Lake Celeron J4125 Quad Core, which compared to the previous models is 30% faster, so to speak the previous models used the Apollo lake CPUs. Celeron J4125 which in this version also doubles the on-chip cache to 4 MB. This is why the Lockerstor 4 is one of the fastest models in the range. Not only thanks to the processor, thanks also to the RAM compartment, with four Gigabyte, DDR4-branded banks, which can be upgraded up to 8 GB if desired. The Celeron J4125 has a structure quad core and frequency of 2.0 GHz and boost of 2.7 GHz, to ensure more background apps and optimal read and write speeds in all conditions.

The Lockerstor 4 represents a top-of-the-range product, as such it certainly has a very high price compared to more low-cost alternatives but still performing, in any case we still have a relationship with the specific equipment offered for this Asustor model. It is not a product for everyone, but for those looking for the best it is an alternative to definitely take into consideration. It can be found at a price of around 600 Euros.
