For many, the arrival of this new year is marked by a very important event, namely the CES 2022. Here the major hardware companies gather to present their products. Among these are the new itek monitors of the GGC series, great for making the most of the new 3050GB GeForce RTX 8 graphics cards and AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT. Let's go see these new curved panels and discover their characteristics.
Here are the four new itek GGC curved monitors
The first panel is the one from 32 inches, frameless on three sides. It has resolution Full HD (1920 × 1080) format 16:9 with radius of curvature R1500. With a refresh rate up to 240Hz, Free Sync, G-Sync, Low Blue Light, HDR 1000 and 1ms response time is a candidate as one of the best monitors around. It comes with four video connections and more specifically a DisplayPort and well three HDMI.
To follow we find two versions of 27 inches. The first comes with an excellent panel Fast VA 16:9 and radius of curvature R1000. The resolution is Quad HD (2560×1440) with 240 Hz refresh rate with Free Sync, G-Sync, Low Blue Light e HDR 1000. It features a DisplayPort video connection and two HDMI. The glossy white color that characterizes it is "broken" on the back by one headband with RGB lights on the back. The base HAS on which it rests then allows you to adjust the height, inclination and angle of the monitor. To complete it all we find a convenient USB HUB with also a USB type-C port.
The second 27 ″ screen has resolution FHD (1920 × 1080) and radius of curvature R1500. Also in this case the refresh rate is 240Hz and features Free Sync, G-Sync, Low Blue Light, HDR Ready and 1ms response time. The monitor houses three HDMI ports and a DisplayPort. On the back the company has arranged three red lights on the back which give an aggressive effect.
The last monitor instead is a 24 inches also curved. Although it has all the features of other monitors, the refresh rate is lowered to 144 Hz. Again we find two HDMI ports and a DisplayPort. The HAS base allows you to adjust its height, angle and inclination. Below are the recommended retail prices for the purchase of these monitors:
