How to clear Instagram search history

When we search for content on Instagram, we run the risk of seeing things we don't want to see in our search bars. Here's how to get rid of it.

Many of us spend hours not thinking about scrolling through Instagram every single day. When done right, it can be an incredibly relaxing experience, with Instagram being one of the best places on the internet to find a lot of positive content.

However, if done wrong, we can also enter a toxic rabbit hole. We end up looking for content that not only interferes with our algorithm, but also appears every time we type something in the search bar.

Deleting your search history is also a way to tell Instagram that you are no longer interested in this particular type of content. If you avoid searching for it again, you can teach Instagram to stop showing you related content and give you more things you want.

Fortunately, you can get rid of it quite easily. You will find out how to clear your Instagram search history in this article.
